Turley Treats
Our Story

Turley Treats is Shannon Turley's cake pop cart, and it lives at the curb on Odessa Avenue, right beside the mailbox at 1911. It went official on July 17, 2026, and opened the next morning at 7:30 with a chalkboard out front that reads "Self-Serve Cake Pops." Nobody stands behind it. You walk up, lift the lid, pick what you want, and pay at the little pink box by Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay or cash. The whole thing runs on trust between neighbors, and the only rule Shannon has ever posted is a polite one: please make sure your payment goes through before you leave with your treats.
Shannon runs the cart alongside a day job, and the TikTok shows the care that goes into it. Almost every morning since opening day there has been a short video saying the cart is out and stocked, then an afternoon update on what is left, and in those first weeks a thank-you at night to everyone who came. When storms rolled in, the cart moved up onto the porch so no one had to stand in the rain. When a run of sellouts wore everybody out, Shannon said so, took a break, and asked people which flavors they wanted next. Customers even voted on which size the treats should come in, and cakesicles won in a landslide. By the end of August that support had brought a second cart, a turquoise one, announced with "Thank you guys so so much for making this happen for us."
Fridays are the day to watch. The lineup changes every week, so the cake pop someone loved on Tuesday might be gone by the weekend with something new in its place, from Biscoff to banana pudding to a Nerds-covered pop whose video passed 13,000 views. October was a whole month of Halloween treats. Cookies, brownies and cakesicles share the cart now, and Shannon takes custom orders too, like a tray of princess pops for a birthday girl who loves Belle, Cinderella and Rapunzel. The cart is out from 7:30 in the morning to 8 at night, or until it sells out, which happens.
Thank you guys so so much for making our dreams come true.
