Synergy Holistic Wellness Spa

Synergy opened in the spring of 1994, when Barbara Savage started it in downtown Murfreesboro. Early in her own massage career, Barbara came to believe in independent practitioners over employees, healers who answer to their craft and their clients rather than a clock. That conviction became the whole model: a co-op of holistic healers working side by side so each client can find the approach that actually fits them.

In 2008 Synergy moved into its current home on NW Broad Street, a space of more than 5,000 square feet that gives each practitioner room to do their best work. Under one roof you will find acupuncture, massage therapy, facials and microdermabrasion, body wraps, reflexology, reiki, skin care, and waxing. Unwind a stubborn knot, reset your skin, or try acupuncture for the first time, all in one place, from people who know each other well enough to send you down the hall when someone else is the better fit.

Regulars describe it simply: clean, quiet, professional, and calming, the kind of place that smells wonderful the moment you walk in. Women-owned and by appointment only, open Monday through Friday, Synergy is more than thirty years into doing exactly what it set out to do, bringing good healers together so Murfreesboro has somewhere to go to feel whole.
