Eden Wellness
Our Story

Mellisa Sandefur built Eden Wellness out of her own hard season. Worn down by hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and brain fog, she went looking for real answers and found her way to food-based medicine and medicinal herbs. She is now a Regenerative Health Practitioner, Detox Specialist, Iridologist, and Holistic Health Coach, and she works with all ages to help the body heal naturally. The care is gentle and personalized, rooted in the belief that God designed our bodies to heal when they are given the right support. The clinic carries its verse right in its logo, Ezekiel 47:12, the one about leaves for healing.
In practice that means unrushed visits for adults, teens, and kids, plus iridology, muscle testing, hair mineral analysis, genetic testing, and virtual consults for the days you are too sick to leave the house. They work on digestion, hormones, menopause, weight, anxiety and depression, and the ordinary things a family runs into, like strep throat, sinus infections, and ear aches. Their own FAQ says it plainly: you will not leave with a long list of products or restrictions.
The part that is hard to fit on a website is the part people remember. Eden prays over the people coming through the door before they ever arrive, and they keep thinking about you after you go. Michelle Nelson runs the front desk, Lexi Woodin practices alongside Mellisa as a naturopathic practitioner, and together they treat you less like an appointment and more like someone they have taken into their village. In March 2026 they moved two doors down into a bigger space of their own on North Highland, next to Female Foundations, Resting Place Day Spa, and Restoration Wellness. Their shelves are stocked with herbal tinctures, teas, and wellness goods, and you do not have to be a patient to walk in and buy them.
Our care is gentle, personalized, and rooted in the belief that God designed our bodies to heal when given the right support.
In the Community
Eden shares its North Highland space with Female Foundations, Resting Place Day Spa, and Restoration Wellness, and threw open its doors in April 2026 to introduce all of them to the community. They also host visiting practitioners in the space, including a thermography day with Body In Focus.
