Dana LaPeze has wanted to be a physical therapist since she was 15 years old. She grew up in the Chicago suburbs, played Division 1 soccer at Miami of Ohio, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. After years working in traditional clinics — managing three or four patients at once, rushing through documentation, fighting insurance limitations — she knew there had to be a better way.

Reform Physical Therapy opened in Murfreesboro because Dana wanted to provide a level of care where people felt listened to and cared for, not rushed. Every session is sixty minutes of uninterrupted, one-on-one time. No patients are ever double-booked. Each session is customized to your needs, taking into account your lifestyle, nutrition, movement habits, stress level — not just where it hurts.

Dana is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics — only 9% of physical therapists earn that distinction. She’s also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Level 2 Dry Needling trained. Reform serves active adults with orthopedic injuries and women during and after pregnancy, providing the kind of conservative care approach that’s uncommon in traditional healthcare.
