Zach Taylor Real Estate

Zach Griest grew up in Eagleville, then spent his early real estate years in Clearwater, Florida. His first year as an agent he door-knocked over 100 doors a day in 100-degree heat, and paid his old brokerage $21,000 in fees. That was the year he decided that if he ever ran his own brokerage, it wouldn't tax its agents to death.

In 2020 Zach and his wife Taylor moved back to Middle Tennessee to start Zach Taylor Real Estate. They worked virtually the first year and opened their first physical office on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro in March 2022. The model is simple: agents earn 100% commission, the brokerage stays out of their way, and consumers win because the agents have room to actually do their job.

Today Zach Taylor Real Estate has 600+ agents across Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Hawaii. Taylor runs operations and built the Giving Back Program, which donates a portion of every agent's monthly fee to Operation Underground Railroad and Agape Animal Rescue in Nashville.
