Brandon Folks did not start in real estate. He started in ministry. Biblical Studies in college, a Masters of Ministry after that, and six years working with youth and families before he ever held a listing agreement. The transition to real estate was not a pivot away from that work — it was the same impulse pointed somewhere new. Guiding people through one of the biggest, most emotional decisions of their lives is still service.

Brandon grew up in Pinellas Park, Florida, on the St. Petersburg side of Tampa Bay. He ended up in Middle Tennessee because of his wife Jillia — a Nashville native — and the two of them have made Music City home. Today he is an Associate Broker and Listing Specialist with Keller Williams Realty Nashville Music City, covering Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Mt. Juliet, and the communities in between.

What his clients write, again and again, is a version of the same thing: Brandon listens. He gives honest advice without pushing.
