Goat Yoga Nashville
Our Story

Goat Yoga Nashville is exactly what it sounds like, an outdoor, all-levels yoga class on a Nolensville farm with baby goats climbing, nuzzling, and generally stealing the show. It is impossible to take yourself too seriously when a goat hops onto your back during downward dog, and that is precisely the point.
Founder Melody Nash built it around a tender idea. It began as a tribute to a family member, a firefighter who carries a lot of stress and loves both goats and yoga. The family-owned and women-owned farm has been at it for years now, with a simple mission of helping people breathe, laugh, and let go. Each session is about forty-five minutes of yoga followed by baby-goat cuddle time, with mats and water included.
Come for a public class, book the farm for a private party or corporate group, or have them bring the goats to you. Beginners are genuinely welcome. This is less about perfect form and more about the best hour you will have all week.
Such a fun activity for friends, families, or couples! The staff was great, it was family-owned and the family was great.
